OUR COMPLAINTS POLICY

Assetbase has an official complaint handling policy as required by the FSCA.

We hope you will not need this process but at the same time we are aware that misunderstandings and errors can happen, despite our commitment to provide you with excellent customer service.

OUR ACCESS TO INFORMATION GUIDE

In order to exercise or protect rights, Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act No. 2 of 2000 requires that we compile a manual that gives the general public information about the procedure to follow when you request information from us. OUR CONFLICTS OF INTEREST POLICY

Detecting potential or recognised conflicts of interest, as set out by the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, No. 37 of 2002, that could compromise your interest as well as managing and limiting the impact of conflicts of interest, constitutes an integral part of Assetbase’s duties and obligations.
